Job Summary:

The Software Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing customers. The role requires a dynamic individual who is highly motivated, results-oriented, and has a deep understanding of software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to understand their business needs and present tailored software solutions.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver effective product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the value proposition and key features of the software.
  • Sales Negotiations: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to strategically position the company's software offerings.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM software.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure customer needs are met and to provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: PUC or Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Fresher may Apply and Minimum of 01-02 years of experience in software sales preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of software products and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
